Brno University of Technology was founded in 1899 by Emperor Franz Joseph I, who was born in Vienna. In the summer I train athletics on Palacký Hill. The area is well lit, so you can train here even in the dark. There are two tracks with a blue tartan surface. Both tracks are 400 meters long.
